Howard Davies of Cardiff IBC

We have been notified of the very sad news that Howard Davies of Cardiff IBC has passed away. Howard was a very prominent and hard working member of Cardiff IBC, was President of the WIBA in 1998-1999 and always to the fore when there was work to be done. His knowledge, skill and general good humour will be sadly missed. Our thoughts are with his family and friends.
