Presidents Message from Mr Paul Blayney

It is with a feeling of immense pride, honour, and privilege that I become your Welsh Indoor Bowls President for the 2026/2027 season.

We are fortunate as Welsh Indoor Bowls to have such industrious officers who I look forward to working with, together with Management Committee members and delegates, I appreciate their support, company, and friendship.

This season the Under 18s Mixed Team have a new Manager in Ben Matthews, the Women’s Under 25s Team and Senior Women’s Team also have new Managers in Emma Woodcock and Richard Morgan.

I wish them and our team’s success during the season, along with Men’s Team Manager David Phillips.

Good luck to everyone who pays indoor bowls and I will endeavour to perform my duties to the best of my ability.

Finally, good health and enjoyment to you all.

Paul Blayney

Welsh Indoor Bowls President
